A nagykiterjed\u00e9s\u0171 parkot <strong>Esterh\u00e1zy Ferenc gr\u00f3f<\/strong> megb\u00edz\u00e1s\u00e1b\u00f3l hozt\u00e1k l\u00e9tre <strong>1783-ban<\/strong>, az akkoriban Eur\u00f3pa-szerte divatoss\u00e1 v\u00e1l\u00f3 <strong>angolkert-st\u00edlus<\/strong> jegy\u00e9ben. A s\u00e9t\u00e1nyok, ligetes f\u00e1s r\u00e9szek, tavak \u00e9s patakok harmonikus \u00f6sszhangban simulnak bele a t\u00e1jba, meg\u0151rizve azt az eszt\u00e9tikai eszm\u00e9nyt, amely a term\u00e9szet sz\u00e9ps\u00e9g\u00e9t a m\u0171v\u00e9szi elrendez\u00e9ssel emeli ki. Tavasszal vir\u00e1gba borul, ny\u00e1ron h\u0171s \u00e1rny\u00e9kot ad, \u0151sszel aranyl\u00f3 lombokkal k\u00e1pr\u00e1ztat el, t\u00e9len pedig csendes, mesebeli hangulatot \u00e1raszt.
